Looking to gain experience in a weight room? New to strength training? JCC's Youth and Teens Fitness classes give teens the opportunity to learn resistance training in a safe and welcoming environment.

Fun, interactive, circuit-style workouts that incorporate mobility, power, strength and agility. In our safe and supported space teens will learn proper form and technique and sharpen up your game conditioning.
