The goal of the program is to provide a quality early learning program that inspires children to create, discover, and achieve. Best practise does more than teach children to count and say the alphabet. Your children will have the opportunity to learn and develop through play and exploration to gain the necessary skills for kindergarten readiness. This will be obtained using the Handwriting with Out Tears, Firm Foundations Early Literacy Teaching and Learning, Safe Spaces, as well as Peaceful Classroom curriculums. Your child will learn how to self regulate basic emotions and how to deal with them appropriately. To learn to treat other with respect and gentleness, to be generous and to help when possible. The daily schedule will provide a balance of structured and unstructured times. The program runs full year from September 2020 to June 2021 and follows the CBE calendar.
