Varied class options are offered weekly including: Circuit45, Sunrise Spin, Yoga, Vitality Stretch, Tone/Sculpt, HIGHLow, Pilates, Cardio Remix, and more – all taught by Calgary’s top instructors. We also offer exclusive experiences for those new to exercise or are active older adults.
