These workouts will vary from beginner, intermediate, and advanced. From endurance and interval training to stroke improvement, these workouts will vary in distance and intensity.

Lifesaving Club

Lifesaving Club Ages 10-15
Too young to take your national lifeguarding certifications? Completed your swimming levels but not wanting to commit to a swim team schedule? That’s okay - come spend time with a trained lifeguard to build your lifesaving skills. Our new Lifesaving Club is a fun and recreational way for kids 10 - 15 to learn the basic necessities of becoming a lifeguard. Join the club to meet new friends, stay fit and learn on both dryland and in the water. Develop your aquatics and first aid skills as you try out a variety of lifeguard activities to prepare for the national lifeguard standards. Our lifesaving club members will be given the building blocks to grow in their leadership skills, lifesaving, knowledge, teamwork, communication, and personal fitness.
